About Dr. Coni Judge

I grew up in rural Utah, learning early how to navigate expectations and the challenge of forging my own path. My journey has taken me from small-town America to London, the UAE, and boardrooms around the world—through single motherhood, career reinvention, and the courage to start over more than once.

Earning my PhD in Performance Psychology in my 40s, while raising three sons, taught me that it’s never too late to claim your voice or create the life you want.

Today, I help accomplished women and senior leaders navigate complexity, reinvention, and pivotal transitions—whether you’re stepping into a bigger role, redefining your path, or leading through uncertainty.

My approach is quietly powerful and deeply personal, blending expertise in executive presence, communication, and the psychology of introversion with the latest research in positive psychology and women’s leadership.

I specialise in supporting “quiet” women and introverts who want to lead authentically and gain the recognition they deserve—without compromising who they are.
